It contains no contact details, is removed when read and is disregarded after 15 minutes. The bottom agreement banner also stores your explicit agree or disagree choice, its policy version and a timestamp in sessionStorage for this browser tab. It contains no name or contact details and is not sent to the server by choosing alone. This keeps the banner dismissed as you move between these pages. You can use “Review my agreement choice” in the footer to choose again. Closing the tab or clearing browser storage removes that preference; a changed policy version requires a new choice. The assistant keeps the current conversation in page memory. Hosting infrastructure and administrator logins may use separate essential cookies or security logs.
3. External services
Fonts and graphics for these public pages load locally or use fonts already on your device. The guided assistant sends messages to this website’s own server. Choosing a WhatsApp link opens a service operated by Meta; email and phone links open the relevant application. Those services have their own privacy practices. This website does not automatically load Google Fonts or send assistant messages to an external AI service.
4. Choices and future changes
Browser settings can be used to manage or remove cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect services that require them. No accept-all banner is included for advertising or analytics because neither is added to these public enquiry pages. If non-essential tracking is introduced, this notice and the site’s choice controls must be updated and any legally required consent obtained before that tracking starts.
